hey everyone!
So finally I’m blogging again! So some of you might be wondering what happened because I haven’t blogged since Christmas! My iPhone 5 broke so I had to use my practically broken iphone 4 for a few months and I didn’t feel I could really upload to here or to Instagram with the bad quality and I was really down about it but a couple of days ago my new phone arrived!! I now have an iPhone 7 which means my quality will be much much better! The only downfall is that I have to take this phone back and get it exchange because it’s a faulty one, it won’t let me text or call properly and the battery only lasts like 2 hours max so yeah but I’ll get an exact replica soon so yay!! I’ll blog soon! Love you guyss❤️ Eve Xx

Hey everyone!
Oh my goodness how is it already 2018?! The year has gone so fast and I just can't believe it's already over! So I have made a few new years resolutions for myself to help myself become a better person this year and I am going to do my best to stick to them. I have also been thinking about last year and recalling all the memories I've made and the best moments and achievements I have experienced. So I thought I would just do this blog post to share with you some of my best moments of 2017 and my hopes and resolutions for 2018! So, last year I had a lot of great oppotunities and I have enjoyed the year so much, I made a lot of new friends and even managed to travel to countries I'd never been before! I went to Croatia in May and stayed on the little island of Kolocep, me and my families apartment was right on the sea and we had our own little dock where we could go swimming or sunbath on. Before I had been to Croatia, I never believed that the pictures of the ocean in different countries were real because they were so perfectly blue, but in croatia the sea is truly bright turquoise! I swam in the sea everyday, tried new food, visited the island of Dubrovnik (the capital city of croatia) and even swam in the blue caves. I feel lucky that I got to travel there and experience so much! I also went to Dorset to see some family and stayed in Beminister and got to go swimming in the sea, fishing, crabbing and much more! I have had such a good year but I'm happy to have a new year and a new chapter in my life. So now I'm going to list some of my new years resolutions. This year I want to travel more, I love travelling to different countries and experiencing new things, my family and I have already planned to go to 2 different islands of croatia and to go to france aswell! Next i want to eat more healthy because I want to have a more balanced diet and to clear my skin up too. Then I want to study extra hard at school because I'm going into my GCSEs this year and I want to be prepared. I also want to be a more positive person in general, despite the good things, there has been a decent amount of negativity in my life last year and this year I'm going to stop that and avoid the people that bring me down because having a positive attitude towards life makes all the difference and I really want to always look at the positives this year. Let me know what your new years resolutions are down below and I wish you all a happy 2018! Love you! Eve Xx Hey everyone! So I thought today I would share with you my recipe for DIY granola. This granola is really easy to make and is really delicious (especially with yoghurt and berries on top). You can personalise this granola by adding your own favourite ingredients such as nuts, dried fruit or chocolate chips. This is so yummy, so here’s how to make it! Ingredients: 200g porridge oats 4tbsp honey 1tsp vanilla extract 2tbsp vegetable oil/sunflower oil 100ml maple syrup dried berries (optional) mixed nuts (optional) coconut shavings (optional) chocolate chips (optional) How to make it: step 1: Preheat your oven to gas mark 2 (or 150 degrees celcius) step 2: Mix together the oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract and honey in a large bowl step 3: Add in the oats, nuts, and coconut shavings and mix untill it's all combined step 4: spread out this oaty mixture onto a large baking tray (tip: make sure to spread it out in an even, thin layer so that it's easier to break up later) step 5: bake for 30 mins in the oven but check it regularly to make sure it doesn't burn step 6: add in the dried fruit and chocolate chips on top and bake for another 5 mins step 7: take it out and leave it to cool for about 15 mins step 8: finally, break up the mixture with a knife/fork and store it in an air-tight jar (in there, it will last about a week) I usually make it on a sunday so I can have it for breakfast the next week. My favourite way to serve it, is to top it with some greek yoghurt and sliced strawberries but it tastes great with any fruit of your choice! Anyway I hope you enjoyed this blog post and if you make this granola then comment below and tell me what you thought of it! Eve Xx Hey everyone!
